The hotel's location is fantastic, near the train station and a short walk to the city center. The rooms, although cramped and warm without air conditioning, were perfect for our needs with three single beds. The service stood out with friendly, professional staff, despite some inconsistencies. The dining experience lacked quality and variety, especially for breakfast. The environment was nice and comfortable, featuring a blue hue lighting for a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel is located in the Poets area of Bedford, ideal for our purposes, with comfortable settings and accommodating service. However, the room decor and size could use some updates, and dining prices were on the expensive side.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to reach Bedford central and main roads, but the room assigned to us had low ceilings and was dark; it was clean but lacked the promised bath upon arrival. The service here truly stands out with friendly and thorough staff, although issues like missing spare keys and skipped breakfast are worth noting.
